Do you have a passion for Comics and Graphic Novels and a love of drawing and design? Now you have the opportunity to combine all of these interests while earning a postgraduate degree. The University of Dundee is offering a Masters in Comics and Graphic Novels which is the only course of its kind in the UK. In fact, Dundee is one of only a few institutions in the world which allows students to study comics at postgraduate level.
The program is expertly led by staff who are involved in making comics, researching comics, organizing major comics conferences, and co-editing peer-reviewed journals in this exciting and expanding field.
How Do Students Learn?
A variety of teaching methods is used for the programs which includes small group teaching, one-to-one teaching, supervised study, seminars, tutorials, presentations and invited speakers. In addition, students take part in discussion groups, lectures, workshops, practical classes and demonstrations.
