The University of Southampton’s 2 Year Accelerated JD Pathway is an extremely popular program with Canadians. It is designed for graduates with a degree (which can be in a non-law subject) who want to be part of the legal profession in Canada. Students earn a qualifying law degree that is recognised in England and Wales. There is also a dedicated Constitutional Law of Canada module which gives students excellent preparation for the National Committee on Accreditation (NCA) exam.
Students will become proficient in all the subjects required for a qualifying law degree.
